In the past, My cycling mentality has been to ride past the sights and through the sounds; I would charge forward and take no time at all to stop. He is not like this. A Windy Ride
As I seem to have put on a pound or two over the last six to nine months, it became clear that discipline and exercise needed a spot in My life. The dilemma that I was faced with, however, was time.
